At Animood™, we want you (and your dog) to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return—no questions asked. To be eligible, the product must be:

  • In its original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged).

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (email confirmation or receipt).

Returns must be pre-approved—items sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
We will provide return instructions and a shipping label if your case qualifies.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, please return your original product first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing time by banks or credit card providers may vary.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Gift cards or discounted items (final sale)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please check your item immediately upon arrival.
If it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will resolve it.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, if your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, for any reason.
To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • A proof of purchase is required.

This right is independent of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Return Address

All returns must be shipped to the address provided after contacting our support team. We do not publicly list our warehouse address to avoid unauthorized returns.
